14 storey residential apartment building consisting of single and double storey apartments, and commercial tenancies. 

 

Molan Phillips carried out complete Hydraulic Works to this unique project and look forward to maintaining a strong 20 year relationship with Dibcorp in stage 2.

The challenge for Molan Phillips was to carry out Hydraulic work in sequence of the secant pile construction for this project. Working from the top down on the basement levels with a dig under floor method to maintain structural and water tight integrity required for the building.
