​Founded in 1994 by Bernard Molan and formally known as Molan Plumbing, Molan Phillips has been built on the same morals it had back when it consisted of a plumber, his dog and a land cruiser ute. Confidence in knowing industry standards, approachable in planning discussions, contactable when required, punctual when we say we will be there, and available to be on site when required are the back bone and ethics of our business which we believe provides outstanding service to the construction industry.

Our services cover all aspects of commercial and domestic plumbing for new and existing projects. Molan Phillips respects and considers all types of clients from developers, to builders, to home owners and their workplaces. We believe no job is too big or too small, but a challenge to find an appropriate hydraulic solution. We work with our clients to provide design and construction services in Civil, Commercial and Domestic Plumbing, working to find solutions in Sewer, Stormwater, Trade Waste, Hot and Cold water, Rainwater, Gas, Master and Sub-metering, Fire Hydrant and Hose Reel Systems.

After more than 17 years, Andrew has dedicated all of his working life to Molan Phillips. His commitment to the company reflects the desire he has to offer an exceptional level of service, one that they deserve through quality and affordability.
Andrew manages the majority of the operational works with a face to face mentality of maintaining relationships with clients and managing on site works.

As the founder of the company in 1995, Bernie has built a reputation as an industry leader when it comes to plumbing. Bernie works tirelessly with clients to produce price effective outcomes maintaining a high quality of workmanship.
Bernie works behind the scenes using his experience to work with our clients to find suitable design outcomes at an affordable cost.
Sonia Bracks
Business Manager
Sonia plays a key role in business operations managing all office administration, HR and staff management, financials and contract administration.
With 25 years’ experience in corporate accounting and business management and a Bachelor in business, Sonia ensures Molan Phillips maintains efficient organisational practice with prompt client response.
I have been working with Molan Phillips since 2003 and they have been my only plumbing contractors ever since.

What certification do you have?We are licenced Plumbers, Drainers and Gas fitters. We also have accreditations in Backflow testing, Solar and Heat pumps as well as proficiency with EWPs, scissor lifts, excavators and bobcats. We are also a licenced open builder. Molan Phillips is a licenced company with QBCC. Our QBCC license number is 66692.

Do you also offer domestic maintenance?Yes we do. We have a maintenance division that services all of Brisbane and surrounding areas. We maintain many apartment buildings, houses and commercial buildings.

How do we get a quote for our project?Simply fill out our contact form below! We personally come and meet all our clients, inspect the proposed site and review the design. We work to give the best possible solution at an appropriate price. We'd love to discuss any project you have in mind you think we'd be perfect for!

Do you offer Design Consultation?Yes we do. We work with a number of hydraulic consultants depending on the nature of the project to find an effective and affordable solution.
